Veltheimia bracteata, yellow

Grown from seed of Veltheimia bracteata 'Lemon Flame', seedlings supposedly come true and have the same pale greenish lemon coloured flowers. Young plants, probably a couple of years off flowering.

Watsonia humilis

Watsonia humilis is an attractive small Watsonia about 12” high with white flowers. Many Watsonias are hardy and flower well outside. I have no idea whether humilis or laccata would be hardy, but they would be worth a try.
